Call me Arman. I'm Product Manager for AI at Dholera City Mark, a real estate advisory selling plots and SCO units in the Dholera Special Investment Region, Gujarat, with 2.5+ years of experience in data and performance marketing. I plan and run the Meta Ads that bring investor leads to the sales team.
Before real estate I built Power BI and Tableau dashboards as a Product Sales Strategist at vivo and worked as a Business Analyst at Vitraya Technologies, so every campaign I run is measured from the first impression to the CRM follow-up.
I also co-founded Gudvins Tech, a CRM for real estate sales teams. I design funnels from both sides: the ad that brings the lead, and the system that makes sure nobody forgets to call them back.

Run Meta Ads and Google Ads for qualified real estate leads. Built the in-house CRM and lead funnels from ad click to follow-up.
CRM software for real estate sales teams. Brand campaigns, promo videos and sales decks.
Excel, Power BI and Tableau dashboards with actionable insights for branch heads.
15% better decision accuracy, 20% less manual onboarding work, 98% on-time delivery.
Sales analysis and automated reports with Python, Power BI, Excel macros and MySQL.

Build trust for Dholera investments on Instagram: project news, site walk-throughs, explainer reels and sales wins that make a distant smart city feel real.

As co-founder, launch the Gudvins Tech brand on Instagram and turn real estate sales heads into free-trial sign-ups. I built the marketing funnel on automated AI agents that create the posts and reels and upload them on schedule, in the Hinglish sales teams speak at work.
Boosted organic posts. The hook compared Dholera with the early years of Gurugram and Noida, then a small budget went behind whatever showed traction.

Turn a believable comparison into cheap, high-intent website visits for investors who are still researching.
Click-to-WhatsApp and engagement ads that start a conversation instead of asking for a form, for investors who want to ask questions first.
Key insight. A WhatsApp conversation cost ₹42, far less than a form lead, and the sales team can qualify in the same chat. Click-to-WhatsApp became the first step for cold audiences.
One funnel for every project. Leads drop out at each gate on purpose, so the sales team only calls people who can buy.
Targeting by age, city and investor interests. The creative names the price.
Budget and timeline questions, then SMS verification.
The lead lands in the CRM and goes to a rep within a minute.
First call in under 5 minutes; qualified status goes back to Meta.
Site visit, or a video walkthrough for NRI and NCR buyers.
Token paid. Cost per sale decides the budget.
Looking forward to working with you.
